A positive outlook may improve outcomes for people with chest pain

In a study presented at the American College of Cardiology’s 67th Annual Scientific Session, patients who were self-described as more optimistic were 40% less likely to be hospitalized with angina or have a revascularization procedure compared with those who were not.
